SCCM Global Lead/ Manager
About the Position
Experience level: At least 12 Years overall in IT
Working hours: 40 hrs/ week
Accountabilities L3 Support:
- Knowledge Base Management of End user devices- Workstations (Windows 10 / Windows 11)
- Systems Management Infrastructure Support & Mgmt (Configuration Manager, Printer, Server and workstation OS support (Windows OS only)
- End User Client Readiness
- Deployment Remediation
- Security Tools Support ( Bitlocker encryption, Symantec AV Clientside, Windows Defender)
- 3rd Level Incident Mgmt
- Maintenance of desktop and print technologies around security toolsets/ AD Policy, and Local administrator accounts
Mandatory 'Technical' Skills:
- Powershell Scripting - create/read/modify
- Ability to read and modify VBscripts
- Strong Knowledge of Windows 10
- Microsoft EndPoint Manager (SCCM/ConfigMan)
- Create documentation and training for multiple team, internal and external to EUC
- Project based work to introduce new technologies
- Network Print
- Office Pro Plus Client side Knowledge
- Keep the business running during high priority technical issues
